Service Agreement
When you engage our cleaning services, you enter into a service agreement with us. You must provide accurate information regarding the location and nature of the cleaning required. We may refuse service if the information provided is misleading or incomplete. You are responsible for ensuring that the area to be cleaned is accessible and safe for our staff to work in.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you must ensure that all personal belongings are secured before our team arrives. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left in the cleaning area. You must also inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or areas that require special attention. If you have pets, you must ensure they are secured or removed from the cleaning area during our visit.
Service Limitations
Our cleaning services are subject to certain limitations. We do not provide services for hazardous materials or areas that pose a safety risk. If available, we may offer additional services, but these must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the cleaning appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the safety of our staff is at risk.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we require timely communication to manage our schedule effectively.
Liability Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction in every instance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from our services. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to the cleaning services provided.
Feedback and Complaints
